I believe in the Sanctity of Marriage and helping couples find their way through it. I give you the gift of perspective and the tools of helping you reach a place of understanding. If not mutual, then understanding of what you need to be free the of negative space. What we must understand is it’s all a process and not a race.

My primary goal is it give military spouses a clear understanding of what they are either getting into, or have gotten into. Being married is one of the hardest things you can do but it gets more intricate when the Armed Forces becomes apart of your new normal.

I have been married for 10 years to my amazing husband 🤵🏾who has spent an amazing 17+ years in the United States Armed Services. We have a total of 5 Children ranging from 19 - 6years old🧑🏾‍🦱🧑🏾‍🦱👧🏾👧🏾🧑🏾‍🦱. We have been on 5 PCS moves to several duty stations. Being away from extended family and friends is hard, but over the years learning how to navigate through those relationships and cultivate what is to be the new norm on both ends has proven to be fruitful!
