• Own and operate apartment buildings in Cincinnati. I also have a tv & film service business in Los Angeles.
• 18 years experience in commercial/multi-family investing and management. I’ve also done flipping and vacation rental.
• A zillion years in the Hollywood racket as a post sound mixer, editor, sound designer, audio/video technician, deliverables expert, and DCP mastering specialist.
• 1/2 zillion years owning and operating brick and mortar post production facilities. Co-founder of Tree Falls Post in Los Angeles and founder of “DCP Guru” in Burbank.
I live in the Palm Springs area and Cape Cod, in Massachusetts.
