Bio

I am passionate about real estate and it’s dynamic characteristics. We live in it, play in it, work in it and it is a critical part of our every day lives.

I have been involved with the closing and execution of more than $5billion in financing, with significant experience in structuring a number of potential capital structures including but not limited to; senior debt from construction to bridge to permanent, mezzanine, preferred equity, and joint venture equity structures. I have always believed in “we” and that it takes a team approach. With our team we take a hands-on approach to our clients’ current and future needs, and draw upon our in-depth market knowledge to maximize the success of an opportunity.

I am a graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor of Sciences Degree with dual concentrations in Corporate Finance and Commercial Real Estate Finance. Simultaneously, I competed full time on the U.S. National Sailing Team (Alternate to the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games).
