I grew up in a little place in the western district of Victoria called Hamilton where I began my love of photography. Once I moved to Geelong, with a huge push from my wife Samantha, I found myself enrolling at Oxygen College’s certificate III in digital photography where I also completed certificate IV as well. What a game changer! I knew what all those little knobs and buttons on my camera did and I even knew how to use them! Score!!!

I soon fell into the world of wedding photography and I haven’t looked back. You would have heard it all before but it’s actually true for me. I f#*king LOVE my job. From the rush of the initial “ding” of the enquiry email through the big day itself and right up to the final email to send my couple their beautiful images. I love it all. It brings me alive!

And anyone who says they don’t get the pre-shoot jitters the night before a wedding is either kidding themselves, or probably don’t care enough about their couple and the client experience (IMHO!).

I can promise you, I still get a bit anxious the day before a wedding. But once I’ve hit the shutter button a few times, everyone chills out and we have an amazing day filled with honest, authentic images you’ll love for the rest of ever.
