Product Management Leader.

I help companies build lean software products with my unique experience engineering and managing products for 30 years

Start with Why. And my why is: “I want to create things people find delight with.”

30 years ago I started writing my story - building software products - and I am still at it, writing new chapters and new pages daily 📖 .

I was fortunate to work for 20 years on the engineering end of software development, holding positions in all areas of product companies - core development, sales engineering, customer application support, customization development, you name it. I built amazing technical teams and worked with agencies. I developed Enterprise real time B2B software; for project management, product data management, merchants, cardholders and transaction management. I was a CTO of a payment startup 🏦 and had a blast 🥳.

In 2010 I shifted gears to focus on product management. I fell in love with Product Management after seeing the gap that existed between what customers wanted and what engineers produced. I learned what it takes to build real products that users love. I stayed within the B2B (and sometimes B2B2C) domain, building SaaS products for loyalty programs across Europe and North America ✈️, for M&A professionals 🏢, for lawyers ⚖️ and for staffing agencies 👩‍💻.

My 2nd passion is helping product teams mature from project mindset to product mindset. I’ve helped several organizations move to agile development, and implemented many Product Ops tools to modernize the Product Management efforts. Vision, strategy, discovery, experimentation, data driven decisions, iterative learning, failing fast - I live and breath them daily.

Some fun facts about me: I’m originally from Israel 🇮🇱, which means I know what Chutzpah is and I got the startup nation’s mindset. Currently I live in Toronto 🇨🇦, where life is more relaxed but the tech scene is growing in major leaps and bounds with a great diverse and inclusive community.
