Realizing my DNA was NOT my Destiny:

I saw so much chronic illness in my family - and I thought I was destined for the same outcome.
As a young mom, I fought months-long colds, flu, sinus infection, ear infections and bronchitis regularly. We had low energy, brain fog and picky kids with horrible gut health.
Finding a solution, I was able to rewrite my story to one of vitality, energy, mental clarity and health!

I love helping women focus on their health. So often, we pour into others in our families and our work and then suddenly turned around and realize we don’t feel great, I don’t know how to change it. We feel confused, overwhelmed, and frustrated.

I build community, and help women feel empowered to take control of their own health and pay it forward to their families and those around them.
