Bio

I am Chief Spoonbending Barista and Transformation Coach at the Spoonbenders Cafe. I help women on a spiritual path continue their awakening, deepen (or find)Self-Love in order to Be the Gift You Came Here to Be. I bring a blend of Wisdom and Woo.
I combine humor and many healing modalities to discover and unleash the most empowered, shiny, you-est version of you you can be.
I teach Spoonbending as a way to experience how clearly our self- talk and self-perception changes what is possible. I'm on a mission to uplift the world one teaspoon at a time.
I host a live radio show called The Not Too Late Show. Wednesdays at 4pm Eastern

I value honesty, authenticity, humor, unconventional approach and the field of infinite possibilities.


I grew up in Brooklyn. Coney island, Brighton Beach.
I drove a yellow cab for a short time in Manhattan.

When I was 5 I got the message that I was supposed to save the world. At age 8 I was sure I was supposed to have been a boy.
I haven't entirely solved either of these puzzles but they guide and influence who I am, the work I do and how I see the world.

I lead a Tibetan chanting practice to increase compassion.
I like to kayak, rockhound, hang out with my partner and our 2 dogs and 1 cat.
I've lived in Oregon for about 30 years.
Last fall the Holiday Farm Wildfires started just a few miles from our house in Blue River Oregon and took every thing and every building on our property. We lost our home, I lost my jewelry studio, with tools I've had for 40+ years. We spent the next 9 months in Kentucky with family. Now summer 2021 we get to go home and rebuild.
