In 2016, I left my teaching job to continue my studies in Guidance and Counselling. I needed to understand adolescent behaviour but I ended up learning more about myself and how the way I was raised was impacting my life and my own parenting.

I felt compelled to create a solution to help young people come into their own as early as possible. To help them become self aware and take pride in their authentic selves, lessening the pressure to conform to other people's expectations of them; I wanted to help them to communicate their needs confidently, acknowledge their emotions and learn a host of other social and emotional skills; something I would have benefitted from as a teenager.

I help parents walk through their parenting challenges through a proven system which helps them understand their own wiring and how it impacts their parenting and how they can close the gaps that exist in the relationship with their children. I also share personal development tips to help them as individuals - we need to refill our tanks, afterall😊

I help couples audit their marriage and build a winning vision for their family.
