A veteran journalist, talk show host and certified holistic health coach, my professional career as a journalist spans over 35 years, and I currently host the show GPS: Global Paradigm Shift.

I am the President of the Miss Bahamas Organization (MBO), organizers of the Miss World Bahamas pageant which has raised thousands of dollars for charity through the Beauty with a Purpose mantra.

My journey as a health coach was inspired by my own battle with a deadly toxin that nearly took my life, but for the heavy doses of nutrition and prayer that kept me going. With my health now fully restored, I am passionate about sharing the message of health and wellness to the masses, with emphasis on nutrition and spirituality.
