It is highly likely the reason you have arrived here today is because you are looking for a solution to a problem or want to improve what you already have.

I have been coaching people for nearly a decade, and the best way to imagine me is as your 'thinking partner'.

I have been living the role as a small business owner and leader for over two decades, enabling me to fulfill my purpose & passion by helping people develop and grow. I believe in ongoing life long learning and offer this with training, mentoring and transformational leadership.

At a turning point in my business and career I naturally evolved and pursued qualifications as a Master NLP Practitioner and Coach back in 2012, which is underpinned with Business Psychology.

We all need someone to reach out to at some time in our life or business and training and mentoring is not always enough to offer long term learning or change.

My coaching is primarily focused on helping you, which ultimately helps your situation. I believe you hold the resources and answers to the solution and it's my role to help you find them by offering you space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
