Suicide thriver - Embracing the magic of life! 💕

💜 It is time to break the silence and stigma around suicide. I have walked through the darkness and have found my way to the light. It is my heart mission to help others. 💜

🎤 In 2017 I stepped up to the stage to share my life journey and to re-write my story. A month later I lost a friend to suicide. I wondered if my story even mattered, what was the use if I could not even save the life of a friend. I learned in the months following her death that my story did matter and that I had saved a life… mine.

🎶 Co-lyricist in two international music projects. The current project is “Stay Here Stay Now”… a powerful and inspiring message for those struggling with suicide. It is my heart mission to start a movement #Stay. I am looking for those who would love to join… let’s dialogue on what we can do! ❌⭕️

🎭 I love theatre and being on stage! I have acted in several theatre productions.

🎞 From background in movies and TV series to leading roles in independent productions, I have loved every moment doing TV/Film. I was also an assistant for a local talent agency.
