In all of the long years on this planet I have had that drive activated at one time or another, but then again, I am not a stranger to the life of drifting, after 24 years in my JOB as a software engineer I came to a crossroads in my life. Sitting in front of a computer monitor for 9 or 10 hours a day is an occupational hazard. I was physically, mentally and emotionally drained and 60 pounds overweight. I have three beautiful daughters, and my lovely wife Lynn is my best friend and my life coach. My girls, all four of them, have given me unconditional love even though at times I may not have deserved it. My wife Lynn carried me both physically and emotionally through some of the roughest years of my life and of our marriage ... I am eternally grateful. She still can make me laugh even when I don't want to … making her happy and giving my children what they need has been all I ever really wanted. Admirable goals, right? Every honorable Father would make the same sacrifice to support his family, I should be happy and satisfied that I am able to provide these things, right?

All the young people who read this should not be fooled, the system is broken and the individual is only a cog in the spinning hamster wheel of one pay check to the next. The money you earn is an illusion, you will not have enough and you will not have the freedom you are seeking unless you change your approach.
