Bio

Director, Next-Generation Talent, Talent Acquisition

I am the Director of the Next-Gen Talent Acquisition Team of Electronic Arts, the world’s leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment. I also serve as one of the founding board members and current Global Co-Chair of BEAT! (Black EA Team), EA’s Black Employee Resource Group.

I have almost 30 years of experience in Technology project, program, and portfolio management spanning across different industries, with a deep understanding of how technology and strategic management can optimize business engagement across organizations.

Prior to joining EA, I served as the Director of IT - Program Management of Irdeto, a conditional access service provider for premium content providers across the globe, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. There, I helped drive the global IT organization towards executional and operational excellence. I have also played pivotal IT management roles at ASML, Manheim, ACS Government Healthcare Services, The Employees’ Retirement System for the State of Georgia, Turner Entertainment Networks, Enron Broadband Services, Project Management Services Inc., and The Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games.

I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt. I currently live in San Francisco, and I am an avid Ducatista, movie buff, an aspiring art collector, and novice gamer.
