In the 80's and 90's Mic was active in the anti racist skinhead movement and a founding member of the Minneapolis Baldies and Anti Racist Action.
In 1992, Mic moved to Portland Oregon where he became one of the most respected hip Hop artists in the Pacific Northwest.
Mic is currently a Teaching Artist in Residence in multiple schools and organized international Cultural Exchange tours to various countries in Africa and Europe.
Mic has released over a dozen albums with various projects and is a current member of Rebel Wise, Take The Power Back, Silent Heroes, Ghosts of Our Revolutionary Ancestors and a solo artist.
