Curious. Interested. Engaged.

I grew up on a steady diet of literature, film, + music, giving me the bug to travel the world, which I did. I’m most inclined towards Sci-Fi, New Wave, and am enjoying the current mood of the culture- revival of the retro ‘80s.

I have a BA in English + MFA in Communications which have come in handy in working writing plays + screenplays as well as an editor + coach for blossoming writers, teaching university students the merits of humanities + writing.

My garden, adult children, grandson Finnley O, + writing help distract me from the Deep South’s hot humidity. Always up for a trip with my Doxies Ellie + Ollie + husband Shawn, my ultimate passion is teaching, discipleship, + helping others, adhering to the adage: "Only what's done for Christ will last."
