Mandi founded Australia's largest digital media company for parents, Babyology.
Mandi was the Founder & CEO of Babyology 2007-2017. Babyology is the number one media company for Australian parents. The business was acquired in 2017 and at the time had a Facebook following of over 1.2 million and 1 million visitors to the website each month with a staff of 25 people.
Mandi is an experienced business woman and entrepreneur, starting her first business at the age of 23 and was a finalist in the Australian Telstra Business Awards in 2016.
With a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and 20 years business and entrepreneurial experience, building and running various businesses including a cookie company, relocation business and a digital media publishing company.
Mandi is currently working with many start ups, scale ups and corporates in the Australian and European ecosystem, helping them to grow their businesses to become more efficient, focusing on digital, social media, growth and marketing strategy.
Mandi graduated from the AICD Company Directors Course in 2018 and is currently a Non Executive Director for Bicycles for Humanity and the Global Business Development Director for Women in Tech global organisation.
Currently located in Sydney, Mandi spent 2019 in Tuscany with her family focusing on the future and planning various business opportunities for her return to Australia.
In 2019 she appeared at many conferences across Europe and is also working with ICON Italy and the Mayor of Siena on an exciting environmental project due to be completed by 2022.
