Investor- Owner of Modern Muscat Middle East LLC

· Registered as a civil engineer in 1993.

· MSc. Civil Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering from the renowned School of Civil Engineering at IUST (Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran) and graduated in 1995.

· In 1995, joined OTN Co. (Omran Tolidi Niroo Company) which is one of the largest contractors in Iran for major civil engineering projects.

· Gained his expert knowledge and experience in the following positions:

1. Expert Technical Officer,
2. Director of Planning and Project Controls,
3. Technical Director, Project Manager of Vali-e-Asr Cultural and Shopping Centre
4. Project Manager of Hashtgerd 5000-unit Condominium high rise development.
5. Enrolled in important courses as follows: Project Management Professional PMP and, Earned value Project Management (evpm) during 13 years in the company.

· Also took up training at “Tehran Soil and Foundation Consulting Engineering” company. As a result, earned valuable experience in earthquake engineering, soil mechanics and sub-foundation behaviors, soil structure interaction and dam embankments.



· Founder of “Azhand Consulting Engineering” 2009, in partnership with others, established a new consulting engineering company and took the position of Managing Director.

· After spending many years “since 2011” in Oman and gaining international experience,



Founder of "Modern Muscat Middle East LLC" companies have been qualified in field of building Construction and construction material trading and now, have been recognized as prominent vendors for some reputed company in GCC.
