Bio

My name is Marcia Worsham and my purpose is to transform myself and others physically and mentally to help them reach their highest self.

I am an ACE CERTIFIED personal trainer and ex body builder competitor but am now a single a mother but realizes this journey is different than when I previously lost over 100 pounds naturally. I realized from the previous journey that so many of us are hiding behind our appetite and missing out on true purpose/ fulfillment in life.

I plan to reach people thru YouTube and with my brand Me vs Me which entails of 4 phases.
I'm just starting out with this new journey and hope to be able to get a lot of good information from this platform to launch my idea.
