Chef 👨‍🍳 Music lover ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🎼...I love all ethnic foods 🥙🥟🫔🍛🍲🍝🍜🍣🥘You know...Foods with a story or a culture behind them. I also love technique and cooking over 🔥. I have a large Mediterranean and Latino food background., but I love cook foods from all around the world....I’m constantly learning. I’m, also, Co-author of The Essential Jungle Fusion Cookbook featuring sustainable Costa Rican Cuisine. I love to eat new fruits and vegetables and love to travel when possible. I was, for 3 years(2016-2018), the Curator of “Tacolandia” 🌮🫔🌮(by the Denver Westword), an all you can eat Taco Festival celebrating authentic Mexican and Latino Foods. I’ve also lived extensively in Costa Rica and learned much of their cuisine. I also worked at Red Rocks Amphitheater as a backstage Chef for many years, incorporating my love of food and Music.
