Bio

Melonie is the founder and President of m2 realty. Her high-energy, resilient nature and interpersonal savvy combined with her love of helping people set her on an early path to becoming a successful real estate agent. For over 18 years, she has demonstrated her determination to excel in customer satisfaction as she has served the Triangle. Beginning in the commercial land development field in 2002, as part of the family business, she moved on to residential general brokerage in 2009. Melonie subsequently signed on with the number one franchise in the Triangle and quickly won a trip to the annual convention where she was recruited by the number one sales team in North America. There she learned the ropes of new construction sales and marketing, working in over 45 new home neighborhoods with a variety of custom and volume home builders.
Melonie finds every aspect of the real estate industry to be extremely rewarding. Each phase of her career has helped her sharpen her skills to become a top-rated agent in development, residential, and commercial real estate. She loves helping her clients, whether buying or selling, to find the perfect match for their needs. She has shown herself to be honest and trustworthy, as attested to by her clients.

Melonie is the mother of four beautiful humans and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves working in her garden, yoga, and going to the beach.
