I’ve been a birth doula for 8 years. I specialize in VBAC’s, multiples, high anxiety and helping families begin their parenting journey feeling really connected (whether there is a romantic connection at the helm or not). I’ve also been a doula mentor for years and believe that sharing wisdom with new doulas is as equally important as sharing it with families.

I’m a Divorce and Dating Coach with a focus on conscious uncoupling and co-parenting. Helping families keep their vision even during what can be tumultuous times.

I’m a childbirth educator, certified lactation counselor, trained in Birth Medicine by Pam England and I’m sure some other stuff too 🙃

Personal: I’m an indigenous woman, mother of two kiddos, who is body and sex positive, exploring dating after divorce while being over 40. I am an open book and willing to discuss my journey (triumphs and lessons) across all of aspects of my life.
