➤ Talk to me about all things real estate development: placemaking, marketing, inclusive development, real estate technology...how do we build the best places for all people to thrive in?

🦋 I created Butterfly Voyage to bring the best learnings from my experience in ultra-luxury development to all locales and asset types; butterflies are cross-pollinators, and the journey for any real estate development asset is very much a “voyage.”

🌎 I’m a champion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion because experiencing a lack of it has been my reality. My single-mother-led Manhattan upbringing was an eventful combination of the Smith Houses housing projects on the Lower East Side, and a fully-staffed building on Park Avenue. I became an emancipated minor at 16 years old, I got my GED, I dropped out of college after three years. I created my own path because there was no other option.

🔍What has propelled me most (in my life & career) to succeed more than I have stumbled is remaining curious and being open to "unlearning" as much as learning.
