The great granddaughter of Charles McGruder Jr. His father is the original owner of McGruder Land acquired after being freed from slavery as a result of the Emancipation Proclamation of 1865.
Today I am the Owner of McGruder Farms, LLC. I own 120 acres of McGruder land and I control more than 200 acres of farmable Family land. Our vision is to develop an infrastructure to grow and market highly desirable nutritious non chemically grown non-GMO produce, variety of cannabis products and other edibles right here on our family land.
We also have the Tribe of Jacobs Ladder, Inc (Non-profit) organization in Sawyerville Alabama embarking on the adventure of a lifetime and playing a role in elevating the economic development and sustainability within my community.
