◇My favorite country
One of my favorite countries is the USA. I did a homestay in NYC, Norfolk in VA, Washington D.C, and Nags Head in North Carolina when I was a teenager for a month. I enjoyed many experiences there. I was impressed when I read Emma Lazarus’s words while seeing the Statue of Liberty. And also Gettysburg Address. I sometimes recite them even now.

◇My favorite music
I like The Beatles, XTC, Buggles, Aerosmith, U2, Incognito, Mariko Nagai, Tokyo Shonen, thee michelle gun elephant, Rayflower, and more. I was a vocalist in the band for the School Festival when I was a university student. I sang Dancing Queen by ABBA, Got To Be Real by Cheryl Lynn, and so on.

◇My recommended travel
I am familiar with Fukuoka in Kyushu where I was born and raised. I would often go to Kumamoto, Nagasaki, and Oita in Kyushu, too.
I moved to Hiroshima for work 23years ago. I can also recommend Miyajima and the A-Bomb Dome both of which are world heritage sites and the other beautiful places as well.
Hiroshima has more than 200 islands. The scenery of the big and small islands in the sea are stunning. That scene is called “Ta-tou-bi”. I also recommend that scenic view.
