I am a CHt hypnotherapist and Imagery Master. I help people heal and shift from trauma. I believe I am here to create love and help people remember who they are.
I create healing art in all modalities from my backyard vegetable garden to the food I bake. I believe in the power of changing our genes. I have helped clients since 2015. I am always leaning into new ways of learning.
I am a torch singer and love the power of our breath. I am a writer finding my truth and sharing poetry. I grew up in a strict religion and understand the journey one must take to be your own hero.
I create positivity and help myself and others rise up to who they want to be.
I am building my business as a women that empowers others. I also look for like minded ones, that speak that language.
