WHY DO I DO THIS?

I am a trained chef from the Instituto Culinario de Mexico and food creation has always been in my family! I grew up in the restaurant and catering business, created by my grandparents.
I currently manage the catering services at Vida Mia Mexican Cuisine in San Antonio, TX.
Health and wellness are my passion, I’m always looking to recreate recipes and find healthier ways to make them, that was my motivation to get the Health Coaching Certification by Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2017.  
 
Fast forward to 2020, Healthy Meals started by request of a catering customer from Vida Mia amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. More customers began requesting healthy meal options they could easily reheat and eat during their busy days juggling life, family and work at home. This came as a blessing in disguise as this is something I had been waiting to pursue but was too busy to get off the ground. I believe in the importance of self care, and eating right is the first step to feeling our best! So I’ve created meals that are not only nutritious and good for you, but also delicious. I can’t wait to be part of your journey to a healthier you.
