I have had a great career, working in some interesting and challenging roles, surrounded by smart, driven, and supportive people but there was always a voice in my head telling me I was not in the right place.

Many of us can relate to this and want to do something about it. What's stopping you?

I had been attracted to coaching for years. I went on courses, read books and practiced a little. But I never made the move, even ignoring the fact that someone gave me a thankyou card containing a whopping amount of cash for what we had agreed was to be free coaching. (I refused it naturally).

And so even though my life and career have given me valuable experience and insights, I have a few regrets, one of them being I did not become a coach earlier.

I work with people who are at the same stage in their lives so that they can take action sooner.

That means that I work with people who want to make real changes, are not afraid of challenging themselves and recognise that they can get better results with a partner who is 100% interested in their success without judgement.

I am a no-nonsense accountability coach and I have trained with industry recognised experts. I have a steely determination that I will invest in your success. My clients and my coach tell me I am extremely intuitive. I will keep you accountable and challenge you as well as giving you all of my support.

I get so much pleasure from seeing people thinking differently, believing in what they want and making it happen, leaving them with greater insight, happier, more energised and fulfilled.

For every 20 hours of paid coaching, I commit to giving an hour for free to individuals who are not in the position to make the investment.

You are unique and so my coaching is entirely bespoke. I do not offer all or nothing packages, workbooks, giveaways and support groups. What works for one clients may be entirely different from what will give you the breakthroughs you are looking for.

All of my partnerships are 1-2-1 and begin with a free 1 hour online consultation.
