I’m affectionately known as The Godfather of Talent Optimization.

I help aspiring leaders win @ work + life.

I’m an executive at The Predictive Index, a U.S. Marine, and an IRONMAN finisher.

Using a mix of step-by-step strategies, simple but powerful frameworks, and the latest developments in performance psychology, I give leaders the clarity and confidence they need to reach the next level.

I’m known for my ability to translate complex topics into simple lessons, my boundless enthusiasm, and my unique brand of “edutainment”.

I made the shift from insecure business manager (IBM) to authentic people leader (APL), and now it’s my mission to help others do the same.
