Bio

I’m a “Regeneratively-Minded” innovation executive, coach, and consultant serving leadership teams and entrepreneurship ecosystems around the world. Living and working in Rhinebeck Village in the lower Hudson Valley of New York State, with honor to the indigenous stewards of the local land, the Munsee Lenape and Mohican people.

As the former Head of Innovation and Startup Coaching at Idealab New York, Indiegogo, and The Trillions Co, I have provided innovation, fundraising, and high-performance coaching to hundreds of founders and founding teams.

At Agency of Trillions, which was sold to Indiegogo in 2016, I was a senior executive in the the Innovation Consulting and Enterprise Crowdfunding practice and worked on more than $1.2B of innovation programs for governments, workforce development nonprofits, research universities, and Fortune 500 companies, including high-profile initiatives with NASA, MIT, P&G, and Mondelez.

Over the last 12 years, I have led “ecologically-oriented” innovation workshops and design sprints for thousands of people, including teams at Harvard, Cisco, Kraft Foods, Facebook, Lego, and Tony Robbins’ global leadership training program, Business Mastery.
