After leaving a career as an Engineer in 2005, I began teaching Martial Arts for my instructor and developed it in to a career and then my own business.

I have sought out the best coaches to enable my business to grow and become one of the most successful Martial Arts Businesses in the UK 🇬🇧

In 2012 we launched a Fitness Kickboxing class, which became hugely successful and continues to provide an alternative to fitness, both at the studio and online.

Through Martial Arts I’ve always taught mindset. In 2018 I took my Mindset Teaching to Facebook Live show called Mindset Explosion. Now also a podcast.

I love helping others realise their full potential and set out on making their dreams reality.
