Since the early ’90s, I have been a serial entrepreneur, business owner, and multinational business leader. From restaurant owner, to radio show host, to teacher, to business leader, I have seen it all. I literally spent years working my way to the top. As such, I know how to help young professionals and entrepreneurs (our next generation of leaders) set up the strategy for their careers and how to help them achieve success and growth.

Thanks to 2020 and new Work from home activities, we also provide digital transformation and WFH support for increased security, process development, and security.

MPK Training & Consulting provides courage and leadership development for high-impact leaders. This includes emotional intelligence, one page business planning, company culture, team training, and Dare To Lead™️ programming based on the research and teachings of Brené Brown.
