My 1st life as I call it, was as a military wife, registered nurse, and mom to 2 boys until my husband died suddenly at 37. My world turned upside down and my 2nd life started. The person I was before died with him. Now I am still a nurse but have added eduction, aromatherapy, and Reiki to my list of specialties. I have always been drawn to alternative healing modalities and because of that and my connection to Soaring Spirits International where I met other widowed people along my journey, Groves of Zen was born. It is a company I cofounded with my widowed soul sister as a place that incorporates multiple healing modalities all under one roof. LOVE to travel: favs so far Scotland, Italy
