✨ My Story
I grew up in Washington, DC and currently resides in Southern Maryland. I have a Master Degree in Education from Howard University.  After retiring from 45 years in government, I published my first novel at age of 65 titled “Tulip A Love Story.”

✨ About My Novel
Tulip is a fictional novel based on my knowledge of the life of my maternal grandmother’s who after losing her mother finds her alone, homeless, destitute at the tender age of twelve.  

While this novel depicts the harsh reality of racism, abusive, sexism and abandonment, it also demonstrates how love, faith, and kindness conquers all.

✨ My Goals on Clubhouse
Tulip is a trilogy and my goals are to complete the series and continue pursuing my other writing projects and speaking interests.
