👍 I’ve been publishing weekly marketing tips at fiveminutemarketing.com through my blog and Sunday morning newsletter since 2008, helping entrepreneurs be more successful with their marketing and media efforts.

📚 Author of two books: “Five Minute Marketing”, and “Word of Mouth Mouse and Mobile”, both available on Amazon. Marketing columnist for the Huffington Post as well as Business in Vancouver. Contributor to Strategy magazine, Marketing magazine, the Globe and Mail, Vancouver Sun, the Province, Travel Awaits, Cottage magazine, and Pacific Yachting.

✈️ CarryOnQueen.com is my travel content creation passion project. Launched in 2018, its an adventure travel blog for fun-fit-females, many in their 50s, who pursue meaningful experiences with friends, a partner, family or solo - leading the way, and traveling light. I’ve always travelled with only a carry on for both business and pleasure, thus the name and the philosophy to “travel light and experience more”

🔥 Other stuff I’m into: skiing, hiking, sailing, swimming, surfing, windsurfing, hockey (watching AND playing - my team is the “Stanley Cupcakes” a women’s duffers league team!), social justice, sustainability (I’m a board member of GTEC - Green Technology Education Centre)
