I only accept clients either already in QuickBooks Online or wanting to begin QBO as of a specific date.

Depending on company size my fees start at $750 to perform a diagnostic review.

For cleanups or catch-ups, my fees can range widely depending upon the diagnosis, monthly transaction volume, number of accounting periods involved (months), and number of bank and credit card accounts involved.

A small company ($300k sales or less per year, with 50 or less bank/ cc transactions per month), for a 12 month cleanup would likely be in a fee range of $3-4k for the cleanup and $600/month for ongoing bookkeeping.

A medium sized company ($500k sales or less per year, 300 or less bank and cc transactions per month) for a 12 month cleanup would be in a fee range of $8–12k) and $1200/mo. For ongoing bookkeeping.

A large sized company 12 month cleanup starts at $15k+, and monthly bookkeeping starts at $2,500/mo.
