About Marvin Bembry
As an Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, I am certified to facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, professional skills and personal growth. I have over 20 years of corporate leadership experience in Government Affairs, Human Resources, and Training and Development. My most recent experience was as the Midwest Regional Director of State and Local Government Affairs for a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical firm. In this role, I supported the legislative and regulatory interest at the Federal, State and Local levels. Prior to this, I was the Senior Manager of Organizational Development for the Engineering Division of a major Health Care company. In that role I led a team dedicated to improving organizational effectiveness, training and development. I haved served my community in a variety of civic and leadership roles. I've received many awards for leadership, volunteerism, and community service. Among them are:
