I have been a fitness professional for the last 8 years and even though I started out late it was because of my own journey losing 6 stone (80+ pounds) 👊🏽
I decided to help others like myself who have struggled with their fitness, weight management and wanted to pass on my knowledge and personal experience.
I realised immediately that I was onto something when I started my own company and brand Fitfreaks with Andre Barrett. We have an app Fitfreaks on the App Store with “Fit in 5” workouts which I created.

Fit in 5 has since become a television series with millions of downloads and views and has 4 series including a children’s series.
Series 2-3 was in collaboration with Fit Bit and I also worked with WW (Weight watchers ) to create fresh Fit in 5 content.
I’m currently working on a television series with ITV “Eat Shop Save” and creating content for my Fitfreaks app and Podcast show “5 minutes with Marv”
The podcast show is available on Spotify, Apple, YouTube and all podcast platforms.
