I have a 20 year background in healing work and mental/emotional counseling of all sorts. I work with individuals, groups and businesses to develop integral and sustainable cultural strategies. Much of this work focuses on developing skills and behavioral tendencies toward cooperative conflict orientation and stress/trauma resolution.


I have diverse educational stylings in my early years, a smattering of Montessori, home school, Waldorf, public schools and even a catholic school for a minute. I attended college until academia got boring for me and I decided to curate my own educational influences.

I am here to make friends, connect and learn in general.
