Hi I am Martijn, a growth-focused leader in digital with experience in building and leading high-performing teams, in management consultancy and project & program management.

Next to work I enjoy family time with Danielle, our two teenage daughters, 🐶Flip, and of course time with friends.

I really like watching soccer ⚽️ (on TV) and especially AFC Ajax, watching my daughter at the 🏑 field and reading action packed 📚of which Bravo Two Zero by Andy McNab is one of my favourites. Although my sporty youth is history, I keep up with my daughter at 🥊 endurance training, and am currently re-activating my childhood windsurf enthousiasm. Hope to meet you in one of the Clubhouse rooms in the future.
