Martha Kirby is passionate about helping professionals heal their body/mind/spirit by relaxing their thoughts and space while aligning their energy and charkas.

As a Reiki practitioner, meditation and breathwork facilitator, shadow work, and inner child facilitator she helps them get to the root of their symptoms and/or triggers, releasing energetic & emotional blocks, smashing limiting beliefs, and giving them the tools to create and enjoy the life they truly desire.

She is a proud military veteran, having served in the United States Army for 26 years where she worked as a network infrastructure specialist from project management to help desk manager to an exceptional leader in cybersecurity. While in the military Martha took on various roles which enabled her to mentor and coach soldiers and civilians in their careers, as well as personal lives. Post-retirement Martha worked in corporate America as a cybersecurity leader.

Not ready to give up her passion for teaching and mentoring while helping make others’ lives easier and more impactful, Martha started her new path of creating her holistic practice by establishing Marta Naturals LLC, in which Marta Natural Reiki and Wellness was birthed.
