π Former anthropologist, college & high school teacher, nutrition & personal fitness coach, and yoga teacher - traded hours for dollars doing what I loved, but was barely getting by financially and had no time for myself or my family / friends / community
π Dreamed of homeschooling my kids, volunteering my time, traveling, and building a better financial future for our family
π Leveraged a small IRA and credit cards to hire a local real estate investment coach
π Started investing in real estate in 2011 with $0 down creatively financed deals - rehabs, rentals, multi-family, lease/options, subject-to, and notes
π Started wholesaling as our targeted business strategy in October 2015 (thank you @tomkrol)
π Brought my husband home from his teaching job at the end of 2016 after we made moreπ°in one month than he was making in a year π
π Hit our first $100k month in 2018, with many more since then
π Today, we run a lifestyle-focused virtual wholesaling and investment business and continue to invest in notes, rentals, and vacation rentals
π We love being able to run our team virtually from anywhere in the world while homeschooling and traveling with our children
