Mark Evces, PhD, is an organizational consultant and clinical psychologist who has worked with scores of organizations and leaders to promote healthy, inclusive and generative work environments. Mark is a clinical advisor and founding member of the Clinical Board for BizPsychLabs, an AI-driven coaching platform. He is also Founder and CEO of WorkHaven, LLC, consulting group, providing Wellness, Resilience, DEI and Leadership Development programs for organizations seeking excellence. Prior to founding WorkHaven, he served as the Assistant Director of Mental Health in the NYU School of Medicine WTC Health Program Clinical Center of Excellence, and Clinical Instructor of Psychiatry at the NYU School of Medicine. He has worked across a variety of public mental health clinical, training and research settings. Along with Gertie Quitangon, MD, he co-edited Vicarious Trauma and Disaster Mental Health: Understanding Risks and Promoting Resilience, published by Routledge Press in 2015.
