Thank you for checking out my profile, I keep business owners out of prison 🤔 and succeed.

I provide support businesses to achieve compliance to UK Health Safety, Environment, Quality and Fire regulatory requirements and ISO Standards.

I am also a Martial Arts Instructor with 36 years experience in a variety of systems.

I am married to Lisa and have a 27 year old daughter, living on the Isle of Wight, where I was born.

I am inexperienced to clubhouse joining 25th Feb and finding my way around the app.

I currently have time to explore the app as I am currently in hospital recovering and receiving rehabilitation following a Stroke Jan 28th 😳 anticipated full recovery is expected.

What’s with the photo- I was on the London tube a few years back and a chap had his parrot with him (not something you see every day) and I had to have my photo taken with it. To which a “friend” decided to have some fun with photoshop. 🤣
