Bio

I’m known as The Mind Architect, a Coach-therapist and mediator and mum of 5. I work with leaders and influencers who want successful careers but also want to be great partners, parents and to feel happy with who they are.

I’m author of ‘It Begins with You: transform your mind to excel as an alternative leader’, I host ‘the alternative leader podcast’ and Im a regular speaker on BBC radio. I mentor on the EnterpriseTechSTAR entrepreneur accelerator at The Cambridge Judge Business School. I work 1:2:1 and with teams.

I believe that by working with the unconscious mind as well as the conscious one, we can release our baggage and stuck points and let go of blocks like Imposter Syndrome, fear of failure, lack of confidence, stress, inability to make decisions and much much more.

My vision is to gain world peace by helping others to see that they can change their outlook and behaviour and help those around them change theirs, so that we can live in harmony.

When I’m not changing the world, I read, exercise, spend time with my kids and dance around the kitchen singing.
