My roots are in Venezuela but I happily live in The Netherlands for a few years now.
I am a food scientist and worked in mostly in the Product development area. My love for cacao & chocolate started when I worked for Nestlé. After moving to NL I redefined my role in the chain and grew my passion for chocolate providing chocolatiers with top quality couverture and beans. For the past years I have been part of the organizing and management team of @chocoa.nl in Amsterdam.
