🍔Background
Worked as a senior manager with McDonald’s - a business built on systems and people development- for a loooong time.
For the past decade I’ve worked with established entrepreneurs to share what I learned under the Golden Arches and adapted to meet the needs of the SME.
Developed The 7 Systems Builder programme to support business owners in implementing the 7 business critical systems that will give their team ownership and accountability and move them (the business owner) from slave to their business to scale ready in 9 months.
