My Passion is helping people make breakthroughs and take their lives to the next level - no matter how successful they already are - in the areas that matter most: doing what they love for work, with people they enjoy, making a difference in the world I 've been fortunate enough to work with everyone from CEO's of Fortune 10 companies, world class leaders in the entrepreneurial world. Over the past few decades, I've developed a special Passion for small business owners and entrepreneurial leaders. Over the last 5+ years I've helped businesses large & small implement business operating systems (BOS) and operational best practice tools and disciplines such as Lean Six Sigma, Design For Lean Six Sigma, Customer Experience Management Systems to improve business performance, In 2016 I retired from the corporate world to focus on leveraging my experience and Passion, in combination with the entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), to help entrepreneurial Leadership paab get more of what they want out of their businesses and live better lives. I serve a broad range of clients, helping them live the lives they dream of seeing breakthrough success in the companies they love
