Over the past few decades, I've developed a special Passion for small business owners and entrepreneurial leaders. Over the last 5+ years I've helped businesses large & small implement business operating systems (BOS) and operational best practice tools and disciplines such as Lean Six Sigma, Design For Lean Six Sigma, Customer Experience Management Systems to improve business performance, In 2016 I retired from the corporate world to focus on leveraging my experience and Passion, in combination with the entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), to help entrepreneurial Leadership paab get more of what they want out of their businesses and live better lives.
