What is your first memory of an art object? My first memory was clay (born in Zeeland in the Netherlands). Age 7, I dugged some clay from the garden and pressed flowers into the clay. Later on I made my own portret in clay, when I was still in primary school.

My first memory of proffesional art was a visit to an art exhibition of a Dutch painter, who was an old friend of our family. My parents bought his painting that day and it is still hanging in their living room. That made a huge impression. Love to hear your memories, please let’s talk. Does art gives you also so much joy? It gave me a lot of hope, love, happiness and peace.

No doubt you want more of these in your world. Me too! Consequently in everything I make I want to create a better world. I have a fascination for nature and organic forms, some say the human body. And I want to be good for the world and it’s inhabitants. Don’t you want to take your responsibility too?

My choice to take this step, with my art collection, and to give a voice to my inner world. And more universal thoughts and feelings. So you can relate. And you can receive hope from my sculptures and other art works and transmit this hope to others.

You can also make responsible choices and contribute to a better world. Buying art that touches the soul. Therefore my art touches souls and tell the world something. A reminder of hope and light, besides that, they are great works of art!
