Bio

Margarita Corporan is a professional portrait and documentary photographer based out of NYC. Formerly a print platform photography editor for 10+ years at such publications as People Magazine, Marie Claire, US Weekly and Parade magazines. Soon after transitioning to online photography production for People En Español and Time Warner.
Margarita founded her corporate lifestyle event photography company in 2011. She established a group of professional still photographers and videographers and was commissioned by clients in the advertising and tech industry such as Google/YouTube, Meta/FB, TikTok, Vox Media. Corporate brands as Mastercard, BMW/Formula One, McCann Worldwide, SAG-AFTRA, Lexus and various youth non-profit organizations.
Margarita’s life-long passion for photography has offered her a profound career in all aspects of the visual content industry that has grown immensely, bringing an innovative and an out of the box approach to all her collaborative projects with major brands.

Presently immersed in the advertising and marketing campaign industry, Margarita brings not only an eye for quality imagery but a keen aesthetic sense of all other aspects of production. From casting to team management, client strategy input and in-depth post production, Margarita does not let the smallest details go unnoticed.
A professional and fun team player, Margarita prides herself in paying it forward to her Latinx community but including all cultures and backgrounds with a belief that all voices makes us united.
When she’s not globetrotting around the world documenting corporate lifestyle, one can find Margarita photo-documenting personal projects based on the women’s empowerment movement and her close-knit blended family from Peru, Dominican Republic and Israel.
